Introducing our Online Personal Training!

Does your at-home routine need a push?  Would it help for you to have someone to be accountable to?  Our new Online Training Program provides you personalized workouts based your goals, abilities, access to equipment, and more!

All of our online personal training packages include a 30-minute one-on-one virtual consultation, personalized weekly workouts based on your desired frequency, delivered right to your inbox.  Your package also includes a fully integrative app that allows you to view your workouts, ask questions, view demo videos, and have direct access to your trainer.  We also have options for you to add in nutritional support and access to our library of Live-Streamed and On-Demand classes!

CORE’s co-owner, lululemon Ambassador and a finalist for Calgary’s Top Personal Trainer Award for 2019, Tyler McRae has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years.  With a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree as well as several certifications, he has been successfully training a variety of clients with individual needs and goals with an inclusive and laid-back approach.



Where should you start?

  • your one-on-one consultation is your chance to share your background, abilities, goals, and anything else that will help us provide you with the most successful program.  It is our chance to show you what we can offer, what the training will look like, and walk you through the online program and app.  It’s also a great time to talk about availability, budget, package options and add-ons, and ulitmately if this is a good fit for you.

What to expect:

  • After your consultation, and choosing a package that works for you, Tyler will design your individualized program. This means all workouts will be designed based on your space, time and equipment available, and can be in the comfort of your own home, or outside!
  • Your programs will be sent right to your inbox and your app, based on the frequency you’ve chosen (2- 4 times per week)
  • You will be able to view your upcoming workouts, watch demo videos for any exercises you’re unsure about, message Tyler with any questions, and check off completed workouts
  • You can write notes to yourself and to your trainer about how the workout felt, what you did or didn’t like, record results, and other information that will help your trainer with future programming
  • You’ll have the ability to track your progress by keeping track of exercise history and metrics, so both you and your trainer can log results and visualize progress towards specific goals over time.
  • Some packages include access our live streamed and on demand class library, giving you the option to enhance your routine and find community with an awesome group of people!
  • You also have the option to add in nutritional support.  Exercise is half of the equation; what you eat plays a huge part in your results.  Nutritional support includes keeping a food log and helping you find the right balance in your diet to increase energy, decrease fat mass, increase muscle mass.
