05 Oct CORE in the Community
We are heading into our fourth month, and what a RIDE it’s been! Now that the opening dust is starting to settle, we are getting more and more chances to do one of things we love the most: Get Involved with Community. This isn’t limited to our home community of Lake Bonavista, but rather extends to our client’s communities, and the broader Calgary community of people and organizations that focus on Living Fit.
Some things we are really looking forward to being involved with:
Team Building events with Trip the Light Dance: we are hosting private spin classes for dancers aged 12-17 (and their parents!) to help launch their new youth division!
Community Outreach with Alternative School: students from this school are joining us with their teacher, and our instructor, Courtney, for a morning of spin and learning the benefits of living fit in all areas of life!
Industry Night with Big Rock Brewery: we are hosting the awesome staff at Big Rock Brewery for a private spin class, and they are returning the favour by giving the Core Crew a private tour the next day!
Team Building with Bow View Ringette: private rides for ringette players and their parents – a great way for teammates to do something fun and active together outside of the rink!
Lake Bonavista Promenade Ladies Night: a night of fun for Lake Bonavista residents! CORE’s very own Tyler, Sam, and Garret will be bartending the evening, while the rest of the team will be at the studio riding some classes for participants to check out (and maybe some free stuff)!
As always, we have so much love and admiration for our CORE Spin Squad. Our community here at the studio continues to grow and we couldn’t be more excited! Keep up the great work everyone…. ride hard, sweat, smile, and Live Fit!
